project T03/2022 is missing on the desktop conector.

Hi  people,

Recently I’ve created project T03-2022 on team Newcam Formação.

It was created with the new options to user management.

It is visible on Fusion environment but not on the Desktop Connector has you can see on the picture above.

what have I made wrong?

If you are not a part of project then you will not be able to see the folders/Files on

• Fusion Web
• Fusion desktop(Only Project name can be seen not files/Folders inside project)
• Desktop connector
• Fusion Mobile

Request access to get full access for the project content

Sorry Sujay, If that is the case something is wrong.
That does not make sense has I'm the administrator from the team and the creator of the project.
On the fusion environment I have access to that project. Open the all the folders and access all the models.

Can you please follow below steps

1. Open a project that you can access, click on the 'Open on the web'
   
2. Fusion web will open, Click on "Home".
   
3. Try to open the Project that you don't have access
   
4. Now, You should be able to see the admin of the project, Is it Open/Closed
   

Let me know if you are the Project admin and still cant access the project

Hmm, I see the problem now.

Give me some time, i will get back to the team and see if someone can help you.
At this point, i hope you are on the latest version of desktop connector (v. 15.5.0.1684)
