project file will not load.

Hi

I have a sketch that I created a few days ago. I attempted to load the file for editing but

its in a endless loop. Even closed Fusion a few times but each time fusion opens the same

fike is seen attempting to load.

Is it the progress symbol in the data panel? If you open the design, does the loading symbol go away?

Is it the progress symbol in the data panel? YES If you open the design, does the loading symbol go away? The design

will not open and that is the current problem. Yesterday and Today. When fusion opens the progress symbol is still

spinning. I'm on a Mac so I will see if the same problems occurs on the office PC

Thanks for the update. Do you receive an error message or anything when attempting to open the design?

Can you try the following on the mac?

1.  Open Fusion 360 and Work Offline

2. Find the design in the Data Panel and Open it while in offline mode

3. Save a new version of the design while in offline mode (make a trivial change like changing an appearance color).

4. Go back online, let the file sync

5. Close and re-open the design

Does it open?

If not, can you upload a copy of the diagnostic log files? There is a command to collect these files located in the help drop down menu.
