Have you tried Dashboard in your internet browser to see if the files are on A360. Also, don't suppose you have more than one account and you signed in on the wrong one.

@Colossum12 Since it sounds like you just consumed our most recent update, would you mind trying a restart of Fusion 360 to see if this regains access to all of your files?  Unfortunately some usres are running into a bug that was introduced during the update which might prevent access to your files until you restart Fusion 360 (this should only need to happen once... moving forward there shouldn't be any access problems).

Hi @Colossum12,

I went through the thread and my best understanding of what happened is that you are using a different account from the one you used to create your files. We use a folder with a unique code to store your files in and that code is tied to your username.

So for example, the code for one of my accounts is BEN7K8MYHA8Z and another of them is 9HZFNPCQHGYW. On my Windows machine, I have folders with these names that are stored in C:\Users\sattas\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\.

Do you see two or more such folders in a corresponding location on your machine?

What is the name of the folder you found your files in? We could try to figure out which username that account was related to (I am not 100% sure if this is possible but I can ask some colleagues).

Another solution would be upload the files into Fusion directly from that folder by selecting each one. So in my example, I could select the upload button in fusion and pick the file C:\Users\sattas\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\9HZFNPCQHGYW\W.login\F\Lock Pin.5db153f0-1654-47dd-bd5e-f787136d729e.f3d

But if you have a lot of files, this would be time consuming.

Could you also send your diagnostic files to saket dot satta at autodesk dot com. We could potentially find some useful information there.

Thanks,

Saket Satta
