Project Creation Failed - "usage limits exceeded"

Hello

I am experiencing the same issue as various other people have encountered -

I am experiencing "usage limits exceeded" and I'm unable to create new projects. I do not have an active plan showing up in the "About" dialog box.

This is after upgrading from trial version to student licence.

I have tried all the steps recommending in previous posts with no success.

Please could someone help me.

Kind Regards

Also my account doesn't seem to be activated as a student correctly, I only have 5gb storage in A360 and fusion and a360 are listed under trials in account management?

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I took a peek at your account and it seems that everything should be operating correctly. I can see a student entitlement to Fusion 360 Ultimate in your accounts page. Just to check - what email address are you logging in with? (Feel free to email that information to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com).

Thanks,

Hi, Thanks for looking,
I have tried it again this evening and it appears to be working again so not sure if something was done or it was just a random error, but thanks for you help.
