Program crashes

Hello!

As I imported a file from a client, which is about 10mb big (.step-file), I always get problems as soon as I start working with it.

This means, I have already some problems while moving or zooming. Also, as soon as I try to create a sketch on a plane it crashes.

My questions is where the problem could be, it is for sure not my pc as it is a really good machine (intel i7, 32gb ram,....)!

I also have no problem at all when opening and handling the file in an other 3D program.

PS: could it be, that the cloud-based system is the reason for this problem??

You'll have to upload the file if you want help, you can write as many words as you like but we will not be able to help without the file.

Edit you'll have to ZIP the file as I think 10mb is to big for an attachment.
