Problem with older Dokuments.

I’m having a problem with documents I created in an older version of F360. These were still open for editing the last time I used Fusion in 2023. Now, after a break of several years, I wanted to have a go at F360 again and I can see that these documents are still open for editing. However, I can neither open and edit them nor close them.

I have the free Private version.

Can anybody help me?

There are two things you will need to do:

First:

  • The single-user-storage was removed  due to the Fusion Content Storage Standard.
  • Using your email used to register for Fusion ,please reach out to the team directly here - [email protected]
  • Tell them your hub is inactive and to activate it again

Second

once you have the hub activated again follow this article - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Files-stuck-in-Edi...
