Problem with custom SHX font

We would like to use the F360 to mill lettering but after selecting our SHX font no characters appear - integrated SHX
fonts are fine (see image). We tested our SHX font (compiled by Autodesk compiler) in LightBurn (controlling the cutting/engraving laser) and there the font is displayed.
Would you be so kind and try to navigate us how to solve this problem?

Have you placed the font in the right folder for Fusion 360 to use it?  Take a look at this past post and see if it helps out.

Dear John, thank you for your reply. We found the right place for shx fonts. We placed our custom font there and saw it in the list (it is visible in the posted picture). Since yesterday the problem has changed a bit. We observed the font text is visible, but something is wrong with the font parameters. The text in our font is magnified ca 100 times compared to other shx fonts. That is why we have not seen it a first sight, although we used to zoom in/out. The strange thing is this behavior in Fusion 360. We tested it in AutoCAD and Lightburn, and there it works well.
