Problem with calibrate photo

i need to calibrate this photo , but i have problem with it .i see a little red icon with the photo,why cant i calibrate this photo?

I have no issues performing a Calibration on your Canvas.  Video will show this.  Please record your own video to show the issue you are having to help identify the issue.

Thanks  for testing it out ,it was wrong of me to say  that i cant calibrate it ,i can ,but the photo does not get rigth measurments.i will show you how it shoud be ,but it does not get like this

Hi found the error
when I press calibrate, the arrow does not change to a cross, so when I press the first point when the cursor is still an arrow, it is wrong. I had to press caliber several times before it changed to the cross icon. Then it works fine. It was a bit strange that it didn't change straight away, but but, I found the error 🙂
