Problem with appearence of drawing in model and rendering mode

Settings chosen in appearence tab do not result in it being applied in model or rendering mode.in properties it shows but in drawing the whole drawing remains white and grey.

If it shows only in the properities then you are using phisical materials instead of appearance, a screen shot can help us understand more.

I misunderstood your problem, make sure that you picked shaded in the drawing view
