Problem Running Electronic Cooling Simulation

Hello, 
I faced this error while running the simulation - Error ("HELIUM_ERR")
and I tried to edit everything
simplify the components
re make load cases
make the entire simulation again 
please help me

Sorry to hear about this issue.

1. When you create a simple box and apply a load and constraint on two different faces and do a Linear Static Stress cloud solve, does it work? I'm trying to find out if you are having a general issue or just for Ecooling solves.

2. Did an Ecooling solver ever work with this account?
