I really appreciate the new Print Drawing feature, is there a way to add a 1:1 scale option?

Thanks for your post. 

The Print Drawing feature tries to match paper size in printer with the sheets as much as possible. If there is a matching size paper in the printer, the sheet will be printed with 1:1 scale. Otherwise, it will be scaled to the default paper size in printer.

If this is not happening in your machine, then it is bug. Or, are you looking for a different functionality? Would you mind to share more?
