position of viewport elements after viewport toogle

Hi guys,

this is a minor bug.

When you enter fullscreen mode and then exit it, the viewport edges, vieport tooltips and timeline remain in their fullscreen positions on the screen.

Thank you for idea - this is getting changed to solution provided due to fact that the function is as designed.
