I have two of 12 models that were opened from igs files made in BobCad. The corners seem to be empty shells when converted to STL. Is there a way to "fill" these "shells" in A360? I can supply the files if you tell me how

This is the problem model. The corners, although appearing solid, are hollow to the printer. Can Anyone tell me how to repair this problem?

Can you attach a Fusion archive of the model? At first glance, you've got conflicting normals on patch geometry- faces with no thickness. The yellow faces have normals pointing the opposite direction of the gray faces.

You'll probably need to go into the Patch workspace, flip the normals so they're all facing the right direction, then stitch the faces together if you want to use this geometry.

Honestly though, it would probably be faster to use this as a guide and rebuild it.

Is it possible that part of your design are not bodies but faces?

from the file menu, export the model as a .F3d to your hard drive, then attach at bottom of post.

Three files. Two are the models and one is the form. The problem lies in
my inability to rotate the corners to an outside radius of 1.21244
Any help would be appreciated.

After spending 1 hour with Wayne from Fusion, the two models are done. all done with a single line drawing of the side profile and swept around a path. I will learn this program and ditch my BobCad.
