Please help - repeating patterns

No matter what I do I cannot get the prompt to drag my feature.

I have never used this program before.  I am beyond frustrated.  Never used CAD.  

I am trying to build these speaker boxes in CAD and transpose them to dwg, dxg, stp, or step for the CNC machinist.

Is there a way to to link my project here and someone can copy this feature for me?  I just can't beat my head on this any more.

step files don't contain sketches, just bodies.

I assume he will do his test cuts and fits and send changes back to me then.

That might be the case, but given the almost completely unconstrained early sketches in your design you'll have a difficult time making edits predictable.

I am understanding more why you are bringing this up as I look at beginner tutorials.  

I will go back into each sketch and try and fix them, unless you advise I should just start over?
