Pick circle/arc tangent not working?

I noticed there is an option to dimension from the tangent of an arc. However when I select this I do not see any difference in the functionality of the sketch dimension.

The "pick circle/arc tangent" is access from right clicking while dimensioning a sketch. I am wondering if this feature is working for others and I am just using it incorrectly?

The intended effect can be seen in this video of Inventor right after 1 minute https://vimeo.com/11672625

It seems you have to select the tangent type before selecting the objects in order for it to dimension by tangent.  The setting doesn't appear to be sticky, so you'll need to reselect each time.  If this doesn't work, make a screencast showing how you're doing it.

The way it works is you enable it before picking an arc you need a tangent dimension too. When you think it through it makes sense, for example you might want to dimension from the centre of a circle to a tangent point on an arc, you start the dimension by picking the circle, right click enable Arc Tangent and pick the arc. In a case like this trying to activate tangent after selection wouldn't work as the command wouldn't know what you want. Also having the setting sticky is one of those 50/50 things where it could help or be a PITA.

That's it, thanks! If those options don't do anything while actively drawing a dimension I don't see why they should be shown.
