Performance problems with a specific simple assembly

Even with deactivated/limited effects i get around 5 FPS sometimes while orbiting around, but not always. 

I would love to know if it is PC or Fusion related...

For your information: here it appears to be ok (I did just quick test, open, rotate view direction, zoom-in then again rotate). 

 

4 years old DELL with i7 and 8 MB (Business-PC)
