Hi Andy,

Sorry to hear your download issues....this can be irritating, since it reduces your design time.

Can you post the log files?

Downloads should not be slow...nonetheless, log files will show the details.

A few more questions:

• Let me know which particular file is slow (item name wise).
• When you say slow, by what % it is slower?
• Did this start recently?
• Any change in your connectivity (new wifi, etc.)?

No I can't, they are proprietary. I download for quoting purposes only. Slow for the last couple days, all models.

Hi Andy,

There is no degradation in download that we are seeing for any customers. But, looking at the log files would help (this should only have names of the files, size, etc....nothing personal or proprietary). But, I can understand if there is a policy or any privacy related reservations you might have....
