Pattern suppress bug?

Pretty sure this use to work for me.

As shown in my screencast after I create a pattern I can not use the slider things to increase or decrease the number of circles in the pattern.

Also when I uncheck the box for suppress the check boxes over the circles go away after I hover my mouse over them, but I can still click in the center of the circles to suppress them.

Very strange.  I was not able to reproduce this behavior, although I did observe some weirdness:

1.  Sometimes I had to drag the count manipulator farther than I thought I should have to affect the count.  And, one time, I did seem something close to what you saw, where I had trouble dragging it to reduce the count, but in general I was able to make it work

2.  The thing you show with the suppress UI seems wrong to me.  If you remove the suppress UI, I would expect that you can no longer suppress instances, but as you and I both saw, this is still possible.  I will log a bug on that one.
