Pattern designed does not appear after I exit flat pattern.

I made sheet metal and designed it in flat pattern mode, but the pattern does not appear as long as I exit flat pattern mode, can anybody help?

Unless I am missing something, 

Flat Pattern is created,  viewable, exportable, and on exit, is saved in Browser.

only visible when open.

Do you mean the pattern designed in flat pattern mode is only visible when we opened flat pattern mode?

If you have designed this in Sheetmetal mode and it flat patterns ok and you also want to perforate as detailed in your screen capture you MUST do that patterning in the UNFOLD mode, not Flat pattern. I hope I understand your situation. Perhaps attach the Fusion 360 file to your original post

Yep, Flat Pattern is for 2d Export.  If you have cut the Flat Pattern while open, then it is only retained in the Flat Pattern when you close the Flat Pattern.

Unfold, cut the unfolded the same way.  

If you can’t Refold, its because the original face selected for Unfold, no longer exists.  

(You may have to make a dummy Flange for the stationary face, for the Refold to work)
