Pattern along a path issue

Hi,

I want to do a feature pattern on path (replicate split body), after I choose the feature from the timeline and the path, the Blue arrow appears at the opposite end of the path, why is this happening?

Hi Ben,

As I was experementing, the issue got solved when I added a second feature to the pattern. I started by trying to pattern a body split which resulted in this unexpected behaviour, then I thickened the resultant split surface and added it to the pattern selection, and it worked like a charm. Unfortunately, I did not capture a screencast for it.
