Password reset email requested

I forgot my password so I requested a reset but I get no email to reset my password, it's not the account that I ask the question from because I can not log in so I had to create a new account

We just manually sent the reset email to you. Can you let us know if that worked? If not, can you please email me from the email address you are trying to reset the password for and ask to have the password manually created for you (we would need explicit permission).
