parts4cad not working for me

I have successfully used the parts4cad insert approximately 3 times. However, 90% of the time fusion says 'download failed'

Any options or tips?

I've already tried switching browsers from chrome to internet explorer, etc..

Thanks for reporting this issue.  I'm following up with our exchange app store and CADENAS (parts4cad developer) to see if we can get you an answer on this.  I can't see the add-in currently in our exchange app store, so there may be a delay in updating the add-in or some other issue.
