Parametricly move circle and extrusions on a sphere object?

I want to be able to modify d2 from 76mm to something like 50mm and the "magnet" holes would move to their new appropriate location based on that reduction. I tried remaking the sketch using some constraints but I really am pretty new to Fusion and can't seem to get them to move where I would expect. Any advice on how you'd approach making the sketch modify the location of the circle dynamically against the total height entered in d2 parameter?

Parametric updates will likely fail with sketches that are not fully defined.

Simple click / drag your current sketch, breaks pretty easy, but can see how the parameters almost worked.,

Changing the cylinder height, currently moves the top "hole" to keep the relative distance from the top of the cylinder.

At various times in the timeline, you have a single or a pair.

When you decide how to manage the required spacing (if a pair),

perhaps, spacing would be half of the height, and constrained to the midpoint of the height.

more control added to the sketch will get you there.

Note:  Constrain as much as you can before adding dimensions, saves a heap of duplicate dimensions.

Cylinder, (not recommended) and then a sketch (not used) and then a Hole, weird construction for a simple Pipe.

Might help....
