Parametric Dimensioning for Forms

I created a form as shown below. I am now trying to add parametric dimensions to the form. One possible way that I thought of was going to edit form and then adding dimensions to the vertices; however, this did not work.

These are examples of the parametric dimensions I want to add to the form. I know there has to be a way to do this...

@Anonymous, unfortunately, no, today Sculpt/Form bodies are direct modeling only.  There is no way to create a driving dimension for these kinds of bodies, or to control them parametrically at all.
