Can you explain it with an example?

You can use the symmetry constraint. Here is a rectangle where the end are symmetric about a centerline. The dimension(100) can also be a parameter:

I tried symmetry constraint also but when I change dimension in parameter ,
length don't change from the centre point.. my whole design get disalign

Try to make sure, that your centerline(symmetry line) can not move(make it black or green) by adding dimensions to it, or by right click and choose "Fix".

I am very confused. Why are you writing this to me? I know how to use Fusion 360.
