Orbit behaves weirdly

Hi,

i'm wondering if anyone else experiences issues with orbitting? I press middle mouse button (scroll wheel) to orbit (like in solidworks) and use free orbit, so normally when i press and slide horizontal, the model turns around a vertical axis... but once a while this gets mixed up and seems uncontrolable...

Hey @Anonymous ,

You've got 3 options:

1. SHIFT+middle mouse button, will give you the free orbit that you are looking for.
2. Buy a 3dconnexion spacemouse (recommended!)
3. Change this setting to get the same movement behavior as in Solidworks:
