Option to flip constraint direction?

If I replace a component/body with its mirror, any sketches created along projections from that component/body are now flipped. A circle tangent to a line is now on the right of the line while I need it to be on the left. A point set to be 1mm away from a projected point should now be at -1mm (otherwise put, 1mm on the other side of the point)
Ideally Fusion could do this kind of flipping automagically but if that's not possible, it would be good to have flip options. For dimensions it could be as simple as entering negative values, which would result in a mirrored positive dimension.
