Opening saved files from the cloud

Hi there.

Will someone please explain to me how in the world I'm supposed to access my saved files? Everything uploads to the cloud, but there's no open button in fusion 360, and when i try to drag and drop from the cloud via an internet browser, absolutely nothing happens.

Click to open the Data Panel 

and then

Right click (or double click) on file to Open.

My data panel wasnt working, so that wouldnt have worked, but i had to do a clean uninstall and reinstall and now its working properly. Thank you
