Old file has no sketch timeline showing.

I have gone back to open one of my first Fusion designs from a couple years ago, and I do not see a timeline at the bottom of the page.

Two questions if I may.

How would I show or hide the sketch timeline.

What query would I use to help myself to find this in the support documents. Yes, I tried a number of different search terms already.

The only way to remove the timeline is not capturing the design history. Once you disable this, features and other stuff disappear from your TL
