Offset plane not joining

I am designing a sleeve for a cup holder to match a Yeti and when I look at it infusion, it looks all right, but when I slice it in Cura, the top part is not joined to the lower part. I'm assuming I did something wrong in fusion?

If you create a Section Analysis through your model, you will see the problem.

EDIT:  Attached is your model with a "little meat" joining the side wall to the top.  I use 1mm but you can edit it if desire.

Wow, now I see several problems with it. I was not aware of section analysis as I have not messed with inspect menu before. Sorry about the length of time I'm getting back to you, but I was called out of town last week and only today was able to get back online with this.
