Offset feature not giving wanted result

Hello,

I'm trying to design a puzzle model via a .svg file

Using the offset feature, I give every line a 0,3mm offset.

When trying to extrude the puzzle pieces, some are merged together and result in wrong extruded puzzle.

I found that using the offset feature, not every line is connected / passes the outside line.

I was able to fix it by simple extending the offsetline with a normal line that crosses the outside line,

however this takes too much time, doing this for every line in every puzzle.

My question: Is there a better way of achieving a correctly sliced puzzle? And what method / fix should I use?

Thank you for your time

My first thought would be to use Thin Feature Extrude rather than offset sketch.

Now let me give it a try...

First I tried one-by-one and then in the last extrusion I did all the remaining pieces at once.

Thank you very much, a simple but effective method. Just what I needed.
