Offline file location on mac

could someone tell me the location of the offline files on a mac? I think I have been told previously but can't remember where to look.

The problem I have is that I have a file that is stuck in cloud upload and I can't access it other than in offline mode.

I think if I can access the local file and upload directly to A360 in the browser it might fix the problem

Could you attach your diagnostic log file?

If you edit the app-log files located in the Autodesk Fusion 360 folder, you should be able to tell what file is causing the issue. I'll be happy to take a look if you upload the zip file.

Thanks,

It seems the file had already syced with A360. I went there and it was the current version so I opened it in F360 from there.

However F360 still shows it syncing.

When you say syncing, do you mean the progress meter in the Data Panel is still there? How long has it been doing that? The problem may resolve itself after some time.

If it doesn't, please keep me up to date on the status and we'll find a solution for you!

Thanks,
