Where i can find settings for mesh resolution for OBJ export?

Exporting speed are annoyingly slow - how this can be solved?

If you give all the parts a material they export as separate mesh bodies. 

You can just set a different colour for each part.

This is great stuff, even easier just having one object in Blender with a few names, makes the process to paint in Substance painter much easier too, thanks so much, learned some cool tricks today 👍😊
