Nut and bolt diferent measures

Hi! I'm trying to make a button with an inner thread to replace another one. I've taken the measures from the original button and made a bolt, and the thread came out perfect. The I've apllied the same settings to the inner thread of the button and it came smaller. When I inspect the threads, the one in the bolt appears with a dimension( from center to the thread ) of 9.925mm, and the inner one with an dimension of 9.263mm.

 What am I doing wrong?

Hi that is because of the tolerence class being used for the bold and nut, you can check the ISO standard for metric
