Number engraving with round bottom help please

I am new to fusion 360 so I'm sure I'm just overlooking something easy.

I am trying to create an object that has numbers engraved into the surface. I need the numbers to have a round bottom, like they would look if they were milled with a ball nose bit.

My original file is an stl, meant for 3d resin printing, but I can use any file type that openscad can export before converting to STL if needed. 

Can anyone help me out please.

starting with an STL is not a great idea.  The only path where you can emboss at all involves converting that mesh format into a precise BRep model, but the quick way to do that results in a highly faceted model that is not going to work well with solid operations such as Emboss.  You might be able to get it to work, if the mesh is pretty simple.  If the shape is simple, you can reverse engineer it using native Fusion features, but that can be a lot of work.

And, all of that is before talking around a rounded-bottom emboss.  If you really want to model that in 3D, there is a full-round fillet operation, but I'd have to guess that this operation may run into problems with engraved text.  Are you planning on milling this in the real world?  If so, I would recommend not trying to model the engraved numbers to that level of detail in the 3D Design workspace.  Just use a single-line font, and let the CAM toolpaths produce the desired final geometry.

here is one of the projects I am working on. 

I 3d print these, so the round bottom must be created in the model itself. Then I can export it as an stl and put it through my slicer. The purpose of this it to make dice masters and then mold and cast dice out of them. The round bottom helps not only with printing but with the mold part as well. 

Stl is the final export, so I can work in whatever format I need to in the mean time to create the numbers as needed.

Model the dice in Fusion and you will have to find a font that has all of the lines of the numbers equal distance apart otherwise the full round fillet wont work or you will have to sketch the numbers yourself to get the lines equidistant.  I am sure that I have seen some Youtube videos of creating dice, you might want to search there.
