normal to surface cutting

Hello, can someone help me with getting a Fusion 360 square extruded part (bottom photo) to match the provided Solidworks part (top photo)?

If you thicken a surface it looks like that:

Create Offset surface on the outside of the bottom object.

Use Thicken command, to make top object from it.

I'm needing it for a tube laser- it will make it an easier weld.
