non linear analysis - solver error

I'm having issues with nonlinear analysis, sometimes i get a solver error with no explanation but mostly i get bisection error, specifically E5075.

If i reduce the load i can get results. They are very high loads for the component where I expect large amounts of deformation.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

@sek342, can you share the f3d link?

Is this part going well beyond the max strain of the material?

Here's the link: https://a360.co/2HvKWnx

I wouldn't be surprised if it was well beyond the maximum strain but i'm not sure where to find this information - i'm pretty new to simulation and using the fusion 360 nonlinear library. I don't know if it's relevant or not but i thought it worth mentioning fusion does solve it as a static stress simulation, as the stresses are well beyond the elastic region I thought nonlinear should be given a go.

Thanks for the help,
