No more sculpt environment?

I can no longer find the sculpt option.. Is this no longer available for the hobbyist?

Ne futons 360 designs by default start with "Record design history" enabled (Timeline, or TL mode). To create a T_Spline/Sculpt/Form you'll have to simply click on Create Form in the tool bar.

Only when the timeline is disabled (DM or direct modeling mode) is there a sculpt workspace.
