No longer able to resize DXF when importing

I haven't used Fusion in a few months and just went in to create a design for a product we do quite frequently. I have a base template that i use then I import a DXF, position and resize the DXF and edit from there.

I am no longer able to resize the DXF when importing anymore. I can use the tool to move the DXF around but there used to be a handle where I could resize it and position it.

I thought maybe it was because I haven't used in a while but I restarted and seem to have an updated UI now but still don't have the ability to resize.

I've used this a ton of times in the past and know how it used to work but can't figure out how to do this now. Can anyone offer any help?

There is a new option that allows scaling the whole sketch when you add the first dimension. You need to enable it in preferences.

Are you sure scale was available for DXF? It is for SVG and this screencast from a while ago doesn't show scale for an imported DXF.

It definitely could be possible that I was using svg files instead of DXF files as it has been at least 6 months since I did this.

My documentation specifies DXF files but I do specifically recall creating SVG images that I used in Fusion.
