Hi All, I appreciate your help.
I am trying to make a sheet metal sheet 'half-barrel' mate with an existing tessellated dome, and I am having trouble getting the intersection to work. Essentially, I am making an igloo type construction. I have attached a crude, solid picture to explain my goal, however I will be making the piece out of sheet metal - i just have not figured out how to make it happen yet. I will be fabricating this piece, so I would like to know how to cut my rectangular sheet of metal so that after curving it, it will mate to the panelized dome. Any advise is appreciated!
Jeff
