just spent hours doing modle come to make drawing and find was in cm not mm try swapping mm just turns into mm ie 1cm=10mm what i hope someone can tell me is how to make 1cm(10mm)=1mm so i dont have to this drawing all again(made up of many many many parts)

you can change the dimensions in the user parameters, or sketch dimensions well almost any diamention that you have done just by typing in the unit at end of the number.

 

If it shows 10 and you wont that to be 10 mm, you would type in 10mm, or 10 inch, 10 m so on. but it shows in the units set so 10 mm will look like 1cm but if you open the number box it will show the 10mm not the 1 cm.  confusing yes but it's how it is for now.

thanks i see that but i what put things in to my drawing but cant becouse my drawing is 10x to big big (m8 bolt into 8cm wide dont go)

Now that is a pitta I just did a model in inch changed it to mm in the dimensions the drawing is mm and inch, doing a cm to mm change in the model's dimensions the drawing dimensions are mm or inch.

 

That's something that needs added to the drawing spaces, get the units you put in the diamention box.
