Newbie - Move joined component

Hello,

I will ask probably the most newbie question. I have create some components, then I have joined them. I see those component moving when I right click on the join and animate it.

Now I would like to move it (for example I want to rotate my "charniere"' in this model on 90° by using my join but I don't know how to move it.

I try by just drag 'n drop it but it doesn't look enough do I need to push an additional key at the same time or something? Is it because I use the free version? Is it just because i am stupid? 😉

I have attached my model.

Regards,

Something in your model has to be grounded, locked, can’t move.

Right mouse click on the Joint in the Browser, you get a Menu,

at the top, Drive Joint, will push the moving component as desired.

at bottom of menu, you can animate Joint, or Animate Model.  Fusion will animate until you press Escape.

Might help....

Your Personal Fusion 360 application has fully Joint capabilities so that is not your issue.  Take a look a the Screencast and see if you have any questions.  Model is attached that I edited in the Screencast.
