This is a loaded question, that I have seen before.  I would learn the Fusion 360 application before designing "stuff".  The Fusion 360 tutorials are built for individuals like yourself.  Also, be content to model basic shapes as bodies and components correctly before try to build the Eiffel Tower!  Alon the way, post a few of your simple learning models back to the forum so the forum users can proof them and keep you on track.

Hi,
If you want to learn fusion, I am providing some screencasts. By following those you can easily understand how to sketch, make a 3d geometry, and others.
Thank you.
