Hey everybody,
I'm new to Fusion360, coming from Sketchup. I design primarily furniture and stationary components. I am coming over to F360 as an alternative to VCarve, for the 3D carving capabilities.
My first 3D project just landed on my desk and I'm nowhere near able to create the model in fusion, despite my comfort level with a much simpler counterpart - SU.
Is anyone able to help me with this model and possibly walk me through the process? Reference attached. Client wants just the dish, no interior carving. Just a square with a dish carved... at a quantity exceeding 50.
Medium is wood, 12"x12", 1" thick.
EDIT: I realize now that this is the incorrect board.. My apoliogies.
You can make it any material, I am wondering if this is the shape you need. You did not specify the diameter or depth of the dish cutout. Model is attached.
