New simple rigid joint error.

I am making a simple sheetmetal cover for a part and when trying to join it this morning I am getting this error I have never had before. I have closed and restarted everything, latest updates installed this morning and still no luck. Any thoughts on this? I have done these operations thousands of times with no issue until now. I am thinking it is a software issue?

I ended up deleting the assembly file and recreating it. It was a Fusion issue, something was corrupted as I discovered it by removing one thing at a time and the error would jump back in the time line to the next joint. I created a new file and started assembling all of the same parts once again and it is working just fine. The odd part is the file was un changed for several days and working just fine. It just happened when I opened the file on my home computer and that is when it appeard in that file.
