New relationships folder
If you add a Tangent Relationship, it will be added to this folder inside a separate folder. Below is an assembly with Joints and Tangent Relationships.

If I am reading this correctly, this feature exists. I selected only one component in the Animated GIF but you can select as many as you desire and get the Joint highlighted.
