Simple Drive Insert. Nightmare.

Hi all,

I'm a rookie. I'm trying to model a drive insert like in the blueprint attached.

I also attached my best try and it's incomplete, I'm not able to fillet the coil ends...

Is it my fault or a software limitation to be so difficult to make this simple design?

I think you overcomplicated this a little ...

Also, unfortunately, the sweep tool creates somewhat "dirty" geometry.

Wow, real clean solution!

I overcomplicated it because I came from modeling a drill bit with a custom profile ( not available in coil profiles )...
