New project doesn't show up in Fusion data panel

I just created a new project from the Dashboard and I'm not seeing it in the list of projects from the Fusion data panel.  I'm also not seeing a button for creating a new design from the dashboard either.  If there some sort of refresh delay or something?

Please go to your hub http://myhub.autodesk360.com and check if your project is created successfully or not.

There is no button to create design in new dashboard. Instead you can go to "File"->"New Design" to create design.

I can view the project from the Dashboard, but it is not available from the project list in the Fusion client.  Also, from the Dashboard, if I try to copy an existing design from another project to the new project I get an error saying that it could not copy the file.

I just tried copying again and it worked this time.  Still not able to see the new project in the Fusion client.

Please send me log files for analysis. You can find those log files from the folder "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<A360AccountId>\"- Windows and "/Users/<User>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/<A360AccountId>" - MAC. The name of log files are like "AppLogFileXXXXXXXX.log".

Ok.  I don't see a way to attach files to a private message, only to a public message.  Is there any sensitive information in the log files that shouldn't be posted publicly?

Some status information was recorded in the log files. There was no sensitive information. You can either post it to the thread(our forums) or send it to me by email: marshal dot tu at autodesk dot com.

Thank you for providing the information. Unfortunately we cannot figure out the root cause with limited information. One more thing you could help on:
1. Launch Fusion 360.
2. Open side panel and try "reload" .
3. Go to right-top corner and find "sign out" menu under your account name.
4. Log out and log in again.
5. Post your log file for analysis.

Well wouldn't you know it, clicking the reload button made the new project appear in the list.  Now I feel kind of silly.  Smiley Embarassed

I know I saw that button before and I could swear I tried it, but maybe not.  It's still odd though that closing and reopening Fusion didn't update the list.  You would expect it would do that every time the program is opened.

The log file for this session only has one line in it, which is this:

20141104T125301 I Auto-save background thread started, SaveTime = 5, VersionTime = 60, crashMultiplier = 1, versionMultiplier = 12

Anyway, thanks for the help!

Hi Chris,

newly created Projects / Folders on the web Dashboard aren't automaticly visible in the Data Panel in Fusion. You need to do manual Refresh, after that Projects list will be updated.
