nesting of shells in an assembly

hello users,

i am trying to perform nesting in cylindrical and spheroidal shell component but i can only flatten them not unfold them as they do not have a flat base due to which i am unable to perform nesting on them. kindly guide me as how can i perform nesting on such components which can only be flattened not unfold?

              kindly give me an answer as soon as possible.

I'm finding it hard to understand....You have numerous flat Pattern created dxfs that you wish to nest ?

yes i have both dxfs and models of shells that i wish to nest. some shells are cylindrical and spheroidal in nature so i can'nt unfold them and then open in my assembly to nest them.
