If you have a sketch, component or body such as a rectangle but with a wavy spline on one side and then bring that object into the nest workspace, the smooth wavy spline gets segmented into short straight lines that are fairly noticeable, AKA there is no way to hold tolerance.

Is there a setting that I am missing?

Can the Fusion nesting not handle curves or splines?nesting workspacenesting workspaceoriginaloriginal

@hfcandrew I really want to be able to use all fusion from design-nest-manufacture. I have 100's of parts in one nest...Thats a bunch of .STL exporting LOL.

Please attach you model containing the shape you used in your post.  I want to make sure I test using your exact shape.

@jhackney1972 it does it with any shape/sketch containing a spline. The shape shown in pictures was done by me closing my eyes and clicking!

I do not see any issue creating using the Arrange command to create an arrangement using a variety of spline components.  I did two 1/8" thick components and one pure sketch and the arrangement worked fine.  Please create one of your "closed eye" components and attach it so I can be sure I can verify your issue or determine why it is happening.
